The worst. I got a very nice young man and he went thru things with me and then they transfered mreto a young women that had a really bad attitude ,and the more i listened the more i was sure i was not going to do anything with this company .The lack of common courtesy and the i dont really give a crap attitude was very evident ,my credit is good and i have no problems getting a loan ,i was just lookin for a little better intrest rate ,
Bad customer service 1 during my first loan they mailed the payoff to a wrong address and were not helpful- I figured that was an isolated issue so I used them again and I was approved then told I was denied only to find out a few months later that I was approved- no one returns calls- the rating of on credit carma are high but I ask you to check other rating if’s for autopay as everyone complains about the customer service
False advertising and bad customer servi. They jack rates up after you get the loan so it ends up costing you more and customer service is horrible
Terrible sevice. This company will lie to you to get your business. The customer service sucks!!!! Trust me there are better places to go for financiing.
They were very prompt in returning my call after I applied through credit Karma, I was a very easy process and they made me feel at ease through it all.

Should NOT be an option for Credit Karma. A company that does NOT disclose all costs being on Credit Karma makes you think why am I using Credit Karma if they suggest such a disreputable company.Requiring insurance, adding warranty fees, doc fees that change these are signs that they just want that quick couple hundred bucks I wonder how difficult they would be once a loan was paid off in getting the title and such to you....Buyer Beware
Do Not recommend. Horrible customer service
Total Garbage. I would highly advise you steer clear of AutoPay. Worst experience I have ever had with a loan broker. Their ineptitude goes so incredibly deep is a wonder these morons are still in business. Needed intervention by State Attorney General to see a resolution and they should be investigated for class action and put out of business. Do not use AutoPay.
