No good options in Utah.. I called in to get an idea of what I would potentially get and they said I had to apply. Once I applied they told me that they don't have very many lenders here. It would have been nice to know before I applied.
Probably the worst experience Dealing with auto pay is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered dealing with a lender . First and foremost auto pay is a broker so they actually charge you 1 to 2 points from the finance rate they get from the banks much like dealerships do . In my particular situation I was trying to finance a cargo van for transporting my motorcycles as one was stolen from the back of my pick up and I wanted better security. JUST to Pre Qualify I filled out an application online to pre qualify. Unfortunately, the webpage instructed me to then call in. The customer service IS HORRIBLE. Treated me as if I should be grateful for them to even THINK about refinancing through them. I asked him if he was having a good day, and yet MORE insults were thrown my way. I would rather stay at my current interest rate then refinance throught them. Knowing I have to deal with such rude people for the life of the loan is NOT something I would recommend. Misleading!!!. I was prequaified and spoke to rep who assured me my credit would not have a hard inquiring until approved. Within 1 hour a credit union made a hard inquire. I called back sameday to withdraw my application and again told there would be no inquires. The following day another credit union attempted to pull my credit.
Terrible service Applied via CK. recieved a callback to finish my application then... silence.. I called in a few days later and got hung up on. When i tried calling back, another agent said we couldnt actually offer you a refi despite the CK advert, So their approach is ignore and avoid?
The loan itself is great. The process of getting this new loan went very well. Connor Mae was very helpful with everything I needed he was very fast he was very kind and courteous and he answered all of my questions. However apparently I did not ask all of the right questions. When I asked for the amount that was beening sent from my new loan holders to my current loan holders he withheld a couple thousand dollars without telling me. Fantastic transaction. My loan officer Connor was wonderful! He responded quickly, and made the transaction pleasant! Would highly recommend!
I'm not sure who is writing the reviews on here, but they are bogus. This is a scan artist company with horrible customer service. Google "autopay reviews" for legitimate reviews. Beware of this company!!!
