Excellent service, sorry you are so short handed. Only problem, (not with your staff) but the food is awful and the coffee is horrible.

My 91 year old dad was recently in the Hamburg location for rehab. It was the most horrible experience, the conditions at this facility are deplorable. The room he was in had holes in the floor, the veneer was peeling off the bed and dresser, the room had ants and fruit flies, the bathroom had poop caked around the base of the toilet. They are severely understaffed and most of the staff is uncaring and would rather look at their phones or chat among themselves than care for patients. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Physical therapy needed more attention. Food not adequate for me-very small amount.

The minute I walked through the doors, it felt like home. Autumnview brought me back to life. Between the staff on the floor (every shift) to the therapists (Macy & Mary) I would not be in the shape I am today (emotionally, mentally and of course physically). I am going home today with confidence due to the care I received here. I want to recognize one particular nurse-Cindy. She helped me more than she could ever imagine. So overall your facility brought me back to life.

I had a great experience. The rehab facility was very impressive . They have everything you could need to get better, a very large gym and terrific staff with good attitudes. The nurses were all great and the food for the most part was good. Of course there is always something that everybody doesn’t like to eat. The only thing that could use improvement are the response time of some of the aides.

I can honestly give 1 star and that is only because they have a caring PT staff and a couple aids and nurses.. My Mother was there recently for 5 weeks and it was a horrible experience for Her.  She called me crying and scared due to being handled roughly the first couple days.  She is very easy going and wasn’t expecting more than basic human decency. Physical Therapy was very accommodating with me getting me up and moving. The food was OK but I am a picky eater. The nursing staff and CNA were always very helpful. The housekeeping staff could use a little training on mopping floors and such
