All the staff are great… It’s just that they are so short handed. Had a wonderful roomate. Only short coming is the food, no taste, bland and not hot.

Been to many rehabs, this was exceptional. The therapy was great! I had Doug and Mary, they were the best. They worked you at your capacity. They were reasonable and caring, as were my aides Katrina, Caitlin, Tieria and others. Our nurse Jen was very likable and “on the ball” with everything . My wants and needs were always met. I enjoyed being here. I hope I don’t have to cone again in the near future but if I do I hope my stay will be as welcoming .

They help here when I needed them. They help me a lot, I can’t complain that’s whyI always chose to come here to Autumn View.

I found the staff to be knowledgeable and compassionate. They are kind to all. The therapy groups are so good and very uplifting. They have given me the hope and strength to go forward. Food was good but I like mine hot-it is usually lukewarm. Thank you Autumn View for everything!!!

The cushions need upgrading on the beds, that being said I couldn't ask for more because the care I received was great. All the workers here are tremendous at what they do. There is nothing like being at your worst, seeing a smiling face. It was so comforting to me. I can' say I loved being here but the staff has my heary.

Everyone was very nice, worked well with me. My minor issue would be cleaning up the room at times, food at times cold. Physical and occupational therapy were excellent.

My stay was wonderful. I am surprised at the difference in myself. Came in not with much mobility...now have it.
