My stay was wonderful. I am surprised at the difference in myself. Came in not with much mobility...now have it.
Could not have had any better assistance anywhere.

Orderlies/assistants rude to patients. The focus is on the money. Care given is minimal, patients left in their rooms alone most of the day and since personal hygiene routine is required to be “assisted” that is nowhere near enough.

This is not what they advertise. They are always short on help, because of this, nursing staff is curt and doesn’t respond to a call light for 40 min. Up to 2 hours. My sister has been there for a few weeks now and is not a demanding patient. However, she needs assistance to and from the restroom and has been left in the restroom for 40 minutes, up to 2 hours! My mother is there right now and this place is treating patients horribly. All I hear is “we are understaffed.” That’s not an excuse, that’s a condemnation and a confession. If a care facility knows it can’t properly take care of any more patients, then they shouldn’t be allowed to operate with more patients. There needs to be a minimum caregiver ratio. Right now I am beyond furious! My mother was admitted on Friday August 27 (2021), I have heard nothing from the doctor, nurse or rehab. I have been trying to call but all I get is a busy signal and then my phone is cut off...no voice mail or email options given. I need to know how she is doing. She has been there a week.
