Lack of staff is impacting the care for patients. My family member does not receive adequate care (in bed until almost lunch time, no breakfast, etc). The trend is unsettling during this climate, as it appears Autumview is struggling to maintain staff.

I am absolutely disgusted by this facility. Had a family member stay here for a week after knee replacement surgery. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the PT staff seems to genuinely care. The rest of the staff should be retrained or find a different profession. From day one there was nothing but issues. Showed up to the facility, where there was room but no bed and nobody could figure out how to get a bed. Run don't walk away, Pain and scheduled meds always late. You will find yourself crying in the hospital hallway while waiting for medical help. They call it being short handed when confronted but no attempt to correct an on going solution. Non that I seen in the near 2 months I was there. There Elderly ignored. While Staff personal cell phone call always in use, Id love to have a one on one conversation with supervision but all request go unanswered, I cant comment on all the facilities as autumn view on South Western Ha... read more
