The communication from... (Verified Renter) The communication from the leasing office is unacceptable. I was moving from out of state and the lack of communication made things very unessesarily stressful.
Original community manager... (Verified Renter) Original community manager was pleasant and made everyone feel welcomed, new one was polar opposite community felt like a police state after she took over. Rents went up too much, especially considering the police state environment
Tenants do not... (Verified Renter) Tenants do not pick up after their dogs and there has been more crime vehicles on site in the last year that feels comfortable for safety. And I have known 3 different occurrences for garage break-ins and stolen items.
The security at... (Verified Renter) The security at the complex doesn't secure the area. Apartments and cars in the parking lot were broken into on numerous occasions, so tenants are not safe. Maintenance leaves a mess when they fix things and residents run the complex. They break the rules and leave a mess and the front office won't confront them, instead they send out emails and warnings instead of addressing the person or people breaking rules.
too many "structural"... (Verified Renter) too many "structural" noises - you hear all the footsteps and any movement of the floor above, you hear and feel the garage door openers below, and the asshole neighbors who let the self closing doors slam on the same floor. And I never received the door mat I requested.
