Love it! I moved in about a month ago now and I am absolutely in love with the place. The apartments are new and modern, the amenities are well taken care of and the sense of community is great. A lot of these reviews site management as being a problem but everyone has been so kind and helpful since I moved in. Hawke and the manager (I've forgotten her name sorry!) in particular have both been so great to work with, and you can tell they really care about the residents even after they move in.
Don't recommend We lived there for a total of 4 years. Overall, the management lacks customer service, parking SUCKS, and amenities and the actual apartments are worn down. When we first moved in, we loved the 1bdrm layout. We also had a good experience the person that we worked with, Nathaniel. We were given 1 parking spot and my husband was left to finding a guest spot. We quickly noticed how guest parking filled very quickly. Would not recommend Positives - unit spacious, office staff nice, landscaping kept up nicely. Negatives - broken elevator for months, nonfunctional fob for months which resulted in no access to gym or pool, high prices, dog droppings, loud music, barking dogs, nonfunctional firepit for a year, stealing the seat and phone holder off my bike within a week of living there, paying for security when never saw a security person for a year of living there. And that is just off the top of my head.

I've lived here for 2 months now and it hasn't been the luxury experience the price you pay for the complex gives. Pros: The leasing agents in the office are kind. Gas powered stove. Cons: Smallest fridge I've ever had in over six different complexes I've lived in. Seriously. Open the fridge if you decide to tour this complex. If you cook daily it may not be for you. Former Tenant Management here is amongst the worst I've experienced. They literally DO NOT CARE. The floors rotted and buckled throughout the entire apartment. Dirt and dust everywhere just walking on the floors! They would not repair without making me pay for movers to move my furniture to do the repair! No offer to have their people help move the furniture or anything! Then they insisted I stay out of the apartment, at my expense, while they repaired the floors!
