The rating was provide because I received excellent customer Service and a very fair price on my new vehicle. I had visited 6 other dealers including Pinnacle Peak Nissan , Bell Nissan, Peoria Nissan and the service and price offered were terrible. They were not willing to negoitiate at all. I bought eight cars from here and each deal gets better than the first one. If you want a car at a great price from a dealership that stands behind its product then this is the one for you. Go in ask for Mike portugal, or Mike Little and you too will be a customer for life. Glad to do business with you guys thanks for everything.
They are not honest, they are rude they hide problems and lie that it's good. They increase the price during paperwork and don't tell you, you have to read it carefully. Don't trust them or Lithia their corporate

Not disclosing fees in the correct way. Basically selling customers products and services that they didn’t know or want. Over charging and not disclosing fees. These actions represented a serious Lack of transparency, deceptive sales practices and overall failure of Customer Service.

One of the worst places I have ever dealt with. Bought a 2022 Altima that apparently was perfectly fine no issues and few hours out of the lot, the car has a hard time starting. Sometimes the car wouldn’t turn over the first time! Frustrated, I was then speaking with Corey N. who assured me they were going to fix it (never happened). Service staff was great. Just wish AC would finally be fixed after 5 visits over nearly 2 years and 4 deductibles for same problem

I was there to have the technicians try and find out why I had error codes come on. I was there from 7:30am till 3:30 pm so it was a long day. Unfortunately when I was told car would be ready in another couple of hours and that turned into an additional 2 hours it was really frustrating. Hopefully the issues have been fixed but since this was the second time these issues came up and the first time no one could find the problems. I hope this car is not a lemon.

The dealership forgot to hook up a hose after my oil change. Thank God I looked under the hood and noticed it. I was able to get my nephew to rehook the hose without doing possible damage to my car. Service attendant must take their time to make sure they connect everything back together. They were trying to charge full price, when it was booked with a coupon. Absolute complete and utter unprofessionalism. We were never greeted by the salesman. We asked to drive a used car and then saw a new pathfinder we liked, that they are so afraid someone might steal a cheapie nissan they park used cars behind to block them in. When I asked if I could have the doors open it took an act of God to have him open them. The second I left one side to walk around the other, he locked it. These are barely 40k cars.
