We purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta in April. The sales team was nice, and the transaction went smoothly. I PURCHASED A NEW CAR FROM AVONDALE NISSAN AND AT 800 MILES THE TRUCK A NISSAN FRONTIER TRANSMISSION AND FLY WHEEL BLEW OUT I WAS FORCED TO TOW MY OWN NEW CAR TO THE DEALER. Very rude, not helpful, not truthful; unfortunately a stereotypical car sales man. I have purchased from Carlos Herrera and I would absolutely buy from him again.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place-unless you have an extra money to throw away-I WAS QUOTE by SERVICE ADVISOR TONY $2200 FOR STOPPING THE LEAK-Took it to Goodyear shop for second opinion-TURNS OUT TO be MISLEDING diagnose-spend $175 to fix it!!!!THAT`S RIGHT $2200 VS $175!!!!!!!!!!!
I was told my loan was "bank approved at my terms". However, upon my return to the dealership I was told something entirely different. I expected more from this "privately owned" dealer. Car business as usual. LIE. LIE. LIE.
