Over seven years ago, Kara Brinley answered our phone call to Avondale Nissan and took care of our automobile needs. That was even before the parking lot was paved! This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The salesman, Josh Hill, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful without pressure. Being fairly new to the valley, it is good to know that there is a quality Nissan dealer close to my home. I was also very pleased with the service department and George, my service rep. I strongly recommend this dealership.

Not only did I purchase a new Pathfinder, but my Armada was bought from me and that another issue I did not have to then deal with in selling it. The rating was provide because I received excellent customer Service and a very fair price on my new vehicle. I had visited 6 other dealers including Pinnacle Peak Nissan , Bell Nissan, Peoria Nissan and the service and price offered were terrible. They were not willing to negoitiate at all. I bought eight cars from here and each deal gets better than the first one. If you want a car at a great price from a dealership that stands behind its product then this is the one for you. Go in ask for Mike portugal, or Mike Little and you too will be a customer for life. Glad to do business with you guys thanks for everything.
They threw away my property, threatened unauthorized fees, and only paid after an Attorney General complaint.
I would very much like to say that Avondale Nissan is a decent dealership with integrity. Unfortunately, that is not the case. My 20 year old daughter is in Phoenix for an internship. Her car completely died unexpectedly (despite just having been fully serviced and cleared for the trip). With only one day to shop, her budget not being the highest, we went in search of a vehicle. 1 star. I am leaving this review to protect other buyers, specifically women and parents who may feel rushed or intimidated in a finance office. We came in with a clear budget and communicated from the start that we needed the lowest possible price. What followed was a transaction that was neither transparent nor honest. Our salesperson presented tint and a car alarm system as standard features already on the vehicle. They were never identified as optional add-ons we could accept or decline.
