I was treated with the utmost respect during my entire experience. The process was well orchestrated and even my 9 year old was able to endure the entire process! After the purchase I received a personalized letter from Mike Little, handwritten, stating what a pleasure it was in serving me and my son. He even called my son by name. That type of personalization really made me feel appreciated as an individual and not just another number.

I went to Avondale Nissan to comparison shop against a local competitor, I told Anthony what the other dealership had offered and gave Avondale an opportunity to beat the offer for my business. I sat down for less than 10 minutes and Anthony came back with the deal that I had wanted. I didn't have to talk to 10 different people to get what I had wanted and get mentally abused with different purchase scenerios. I had a similar experience with Avondale in the past but tried to work with a dealer that was closer to home, I will not make that mistake again. Avondale Nissan is worth the extra 10 minute drive!

Over seven years ago, Kara Brinley answered our phone call to Avondale Nissan and took care of our automobile needs. That was even before the parking lot was paved! Since that call, we have purchased over 15 personal as well as business automobiles. Our many transactions have been fair, positive and professional. Finding a business that actually delivers excellent service is difficult at best. However, Avondale Nissan has achieved this status. The sales department and the service department are exceptional! No matter what our needs have been, they have successfully taken care of them promptly and accurately. To say the least, we are confident when we recommend Kara and Tony Valencia to our friends and neighbors when they are considering a purchase or need high-quality, technical service. We will continue our business with Avondale Nissan. They have an excellent product and they earn our business every time we step through their door.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The salesman, Josh Hill, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful without pressure. Being fairly new to the valley, it is good to know that there is a quality Nissan dealer close to my home. I was also very pleased with the service department and George, my service rep. I strongly recommend this dealership.

This is a portion of a letter I wrote to the manager after our experience with this dealership.
I wanted to thank you and your staff for helping my wife (Stephanie) find the car that she needed at the price that fit our budget. As a service member currently serving in Iraq, one of my fears is that I cannot be with my family during all of the daily decisions that take place. Obviously, buying a car after ours was totaled in a wreck is a major decision and one that my wife was not looking forward to. You and your staff were helpful and courteous to my wife (which is more than I can say for other
dealerships) and even allowed me the opportunity to talk with your staff when I called from Iraq. My wife is extremely happy with the purchase and even more so with the treatment she received. I will guarantee that your dealership will be high on our recommendation list for future purchases and for others we talk with.

Thanks for making the experience of buying a new car not the stressful,horrible nightmare of the past..appreciate that!
Not only did I purchase a new Pathfinder, but my Armada was bought from me and that another issue I did not have to then deal with in selling it. I love Nissan autos and have been happy driving them for years!!!
I love my new car and am happy we bought it!!!!

The rating was provide because I received excellent customer Service and a very fair price on my new vehicle. I had visited 6 other dealers including Pinnacle Peak Nissan , Bell Nissan, Peoria Nissan and the service and price offered were terrible. They were not willing to negoitiate at all. Avondale was the only really interested in making a deal. They were very friendly and honest about what they could offer based on my credit rating, income and the type of rebates on the vehicle i was looking to buy. Overall it was a great experience.

I bought eight cars from here and each deal gets better than the first one. If you want a car at a great price from a dealership that stands behind its product then this is the one for you. Go in ask for Mike portugal, or Mike Little and you too will be a customer for life. Glad to do business with you guys thanks for everything.
