"They owe my son and me $50.00 each" Black Friday 2017 $50.00 test drive. My son bought a truck as we were finishing the deal we gave the dealership coupons for each of us for $50.00 each for test drive. To this day we can not get paid. Contacted Nissan four times they said it is a dealership issue. The dealership called two months ago to say they were sending the checks. STILL WAITNG!!!! The coupons came from Nissan site not the dealer Nissan should pay but they blame the dealer. Just another rip off!!!
Took my car in a few weeks ago to get serviced I had talked to Blair and he gave me by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life not just with a dealership but in general and I’ve had some really bad experience this one outdoes then all. When I asked him about when my car was going to be serviced he told me to just come pick up my car and take it somewhere else because I had asked him twice about it. I purchased a vehicle from Avondale Nissan and looked into purchasing another. However, they are the same as every other dealership. They claim to be different but at the end of the day they lie about prices and tell you that they are better than the rest.
My car trade in did not work out. So when I requested my car back, it came back with all different tires, and it was unaligned. I had bought new tires for my car previously all Goodyears size 16. I had to make them put new tires and align my car and when they did, they put a cheaper brand, size 15's and all the rims were different mixed with new and old. Quoted a price and the price was $4000 more on the contract. Rushed through the process and didn't get to see the contract until we were done. Everything I was told was a lie.
I purchased a used car here and paid cash after 45 days still no title. I called and spoke with the title clerk who apparently screwed up and was working on it. The GM callled and said he would buy the car back with no problem at all.. 2 days later he called a me and "after consulting with his attorneys it was too bad and I would need to live with it". I live near avondale Nissan and they WERE my number one device dealer for my 2004 and 2010 armadas until the service department wanted to charge me 1600 for an air bag sensor. I have the platinum maintenance coverage with a $0 deductible which means I pay nothing until my car gets to over 100k miles . I was very unsatisfied with the service and I will never recommend any of my family and friends to visit this dealership. I called the service department to make an appointment to come in because of a concern with the rogue I am buying. The service rep made an appointment for me to come in at 12:30, and talk to Renee. Upon arriving, I was ignored upon entering,no acknowledgement at all. I was eventually asked by young man if I needed help.
