It exceeded all my expectations. It was 90% less stressful than the last time I purchased a car. It was made easy and made feel like a real human being. Elgin Castro was amazing! I am a customer for life and will recommend to everyone. You are made to feel truly special from the moment you walk in. Every point of contact with employees were positive. You are greeted and asked about your need and connected immediately with the person you need. My children's and my needs were accommodated.

Purchased a new car Elgin Castro helped me purchase a new 2015 Highlander and was very professional in helping me put the deal together by my trading in my 2008 Highlander for a new 2015 Highlander. I was out of state at the time and with Elgin's telephone help it all came together very smoothly. He even picked me up at the airport and drove me to my home!!! And then after the trade-in and purchase he had me picked up at my home and driven back to the airport! Now, that's service!!! Thanks Elgin!!

Great Experience My wife and I came in to test drive a Scion xB and consider replacing one of our older less reliable vehicles. We ended up deciding to replace both of our cars and drove off the lot with a new car for each of us. Scottie Williams was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made this the smoothest car buying experience for us and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be recommending not just the dealership but Scottie specifically to family and friends.
