Roberto Michel - Best Experience Buying a Car - EVER1 After shopping at another Toyota Dealer near my home and leaving insulted on price of my trade in , the price of their "final" offer. I contacted Avonda Toyota and Roberto. With in two hours (while i was in my home) his first price came back favorable to their final. Needless to say , negotiation over. He drove the vehicle to my home the next morning.. Will never purchase a vehicle anywhere else.. This is how it should be done.
Best dealer experience I've had... Ever. My wife and I wandered onto the lot looking for one car in particular, a Toyota Venza. We were greeted not by a pushy sales person, but by a greeter with water as it was 100+ degrees. She then introduced us to Andy Price. He was extremely friendly, handled everything for us and was not pushy at all. We would recommend everyone see him for their next Toyota purchase! Thank you Andy, and Avondale Toyota for being better than the rest! We love our Venza!
Easier than expected Elgin was supportive and easy going about the entire buying process. He didn't push features we didn't want or couldn't afford for this vehicle. He maintained friendliness even as we stood outside in the Phoenix heat debating the merits of the two cars we took for test drives. Ultimately, we got exactly what we wanted and were pleased by the simplicity of the process. This made the unavoidable time consuming quality of buying a car a little more tolerable. We'll return to this dealership!
awesome next truck only through him My sales men was Roberto Michel and I must say this gentlemen was awesome as I live two hours away from the dealership and he understood that it was hard to drive there and be denied. He told me to come on in I picked the truck I wanted and when I got there everything was ready to go. He takes the time to make sure that if you have any questions at all he will answer. he got me out of a very horrible financial situation with my other truck he is awesome I will recommen him to everyone
Outstanding experience After visiting several other Toyota Dealers in the Valley we fortunately found Avondale Toyota. No others were as pleasant to deal with. No pressure, just a friendly, straight forward transaction thanks to Scott McEwen.
"Red Carpet Treatment" My wife and I started our car buying experience at Avondale Toyota. We had the intension to look at the inventory and visit other places. Amazing My fiancé and I went to this dealership about a week ago or so to find me a new car , He had gone to Avondale Toyota previously to get his car which is an Toyota FRS and because the experience was so great we decided to go back for me . Goodhearted Salesman This is the 3rd time my family bought a car from Avondale Toyota and so far we always have this feeling of contentment every time we buy one. We just got done paying our 2 cars and we never encountered any problem, especially when we need help from AT. Last week,my parents bought their car, they just lost their recent car because of an accident. Best Car Buying Experience We purchased a 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Avondale Toyota. The vehicle was not in stock but Andy Price found one that was being shipped to another dealer in our area. Andy was able to hold the 4 Runner for us and kept us updated along the way. Once the 4Runner arrived, Andy had us in and out of the dealership quickly.
