We stopped at 4 Toyota dealerships before coming across Jake. Jake has excellent communication. Great service, very professional. Will never consider another car salesman now that me and my husband have found Jake. Will be recommending to all my friends and family.
Jake was able to get me what I wanted. Was a pleasure working g with him. He took his time to walk me through the whole contract and explain in detail all about it. Also showed me how my new highlander works real good. He's the best salesman I ever dealt with.

I was online chatting with a representative at 7:30am in the morning. She stated that she would send over a message to one of the reps at Avondale Toyota. She also stated that she set up a 9:00am appointment. While on my way to the Dealer Jake called me and was surprised that I was on my way in.
