Not your typical purchasing process. The whole transaction was handled by one person. We were out driving our new vehicle in less than 90 minutes. The most pleasant vehicle buying experience ever.
Joel was super friendly very professional and was able to help us find the correct vehicle for me and my family. He was also able to help my dad get my mom brand new car! If anyone is looking for someone go to Joel he will do an amazing job!! Definitely recommending to more family and friends.

Avondale is indeed different from other dealerships. Good initial online communications moved the process along nicely and made for a down to earth negotiation in person. Avondale's business model of one person, one price is welcome and refreshing. Should I need another Toyota, I'll head to Avondale first.
Tommy is the man to go to, he gets stuff done. Service is also great as they quickly resolved a minor issue on my new Supra.

Jake was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We came looking for a blue Prius and bought a red one instead. The packages and features were what we wanted. It's just that the availability for colors was extremely limited, and that wasn't Jake's fault.
