Jamie made our Tacoma purchasing process seamless and pleasant. We were very impressed by the no haggle approach. Once we made our decision, it only took a little over an hour to go over options and sign all of the paperwork. Even the evaluation of our trade-in was efficient and fair. Jaime is friendly and a good listener. If he didn't know how to answer our questions, he went to find answers for us. We felt comfortable with the entire process and were grateful for his patience and thoroughness.

Valentino was wonderful to work with. Up front and detailed, the whole process was very smooth and quick. He delivered the vehicle and picked up the trade in after getting all the paperwork ready from the deal ship. I recommend both Valentino and Avondale Toyota to anyone in the market.

Everyone was very kind and willing to help. We definitely did not feel pressured. It was not like the traditional "old school" way of dealing. It was quick and easy. I noticed some blue stain on the inside of my new car and they tried to rectify the problem immediately. I was impressed with their customer service! Thank you so much for a great experience!
