I was online chatting with a representative at 7:30am in the morning. She stated that she would send over a message to one of the reps at Avondale Toyota. Valentino helped make the deal as painless as possible. He was able to fulfill both, the Sales and Finance roles, which helped save time and hassle.
It took about two months for the vehicle to arrive. Apparently good thing do come to those who wait because the vehicle is better than I imagined. Thanks to Pete for keeping me updated with the status of the vehicle and for coming in on his day off to make the sale.
