The staff member who conducted our tour was very professional and knowledgeable. The place was beautiful and clean. The eating area was nice as well. I was shown a room that would suite my parents. The tour was complete and from that visitation I would have had no problem with my parents moving in there. I chose another place because I had three references for the other community and I decided to go with that. I knew the people who had actually used that facility and that's who they recommended.

It was a beautiful place with very friendly compassionate workers. One suggestion would be to make sure when shopping, that you get a clear idea of the procedure, if your family member declines in health. I would recommend that people check it out, as it is a good place.

Azalea Trails is great, it is just way too expensive. We came in on the lowest level of care and within 2 months got moved to the highest. The care they provide is wonderful. My advice to anyone looking for memory care would be to go someplace that does not have levels of care because they will always need more. Go some place that has one, all inclusive price rather than add ons.

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us.
The employees and residents are very friendly. The staff is very nice and patient when our loved one is not remembering correctly, and also with the family when we're dealing with that. They're very understanding dealing with someone with memory deficiencies. The building is always very clean, no odor or anything. The apartments are cleaned once a week, and I really like that. My mother happy and content in this community. the staff is very responsive and open to feedback. Overall we are very happy with them. The room sizes are very nice, she likes the food most of the time. I would recommend this community
