Great staff, friendly environment, excellent care.
By far the most expensive place and, like BDT, all residents pay the same cost. Only 14 residents so I assume they all receive a great deal of attention. The rooms are very large and the semi-privates offer some privacy, as with OHT. There were several residents in the common area but all of the residents seemed in an advanced state of dementia. My overall rating of Azalea Trails is a five star. They are great with my mother-in-law.
Superior rating in all categories. Their greatest asset is their love for the residences. The staff is friendly, competent and exceptionally helpful.
My loved one's short stay at Azalea Trails went just fine. The facility was well maintained and the staff were attentive and friendly, and they took great care of my loved one. I was pleased with her stay.
We love this community. The staff are wonderful and attentive. My parents like some of the daily activities offered. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

I think it is a really nice facility, but I think they need to keep a closer eye on the residents. I think the activities are good, but they need to make sure everyone is participating. Overall, I think it is a good place.
We have already placed him and so far the staff is doing an excellent job. Everything is going well. The facility is clean and maintained well. The activities are great and the meals are good. So far, a great experience.
