Fabulous evening. Food was superbly prepared, Our wait staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. It truly made for a most wonderful evening. We will surely be back!
I like the place and the service. The plate was Ok, but I really expect more on the scotties salmon.
The food is well thought out and well executed. We did not have any complaints about our food. We observed a neighboring table have comment on a dish, and the concerns were immediately addressed. Most importantly, it is refreshing to have a dedicated vegetarian menu rather than having to ask the kitchen to put something together on short notice or just put together a bunch of side dishes. As a vegetarian, I often feel like a nuisance when dining at other "fancy" restaurants. Bachhus is a delightful dining experience.
Bacchus is our all time favorite restaurant! We tell everyone about it and come for special occasions.
They read the comment section when making an Open Table reservation. Told them it was our Anniversary and we wanted a nice quiet table. They not only gave us a nice quiet table but had an Anniversary card waiting for us at the table! Curt our waiter was attentive but not overbearing Would come back again in a heartbeat!
We enjoyed a memorable evening with old friends, special food, and excellent service! We were treated like VIPs!
First off, my husband and I only went here because we received a gift certificate and Lake Park was closed this evening for a private event. We are typically not fine diners. We started with the veal ravioli for an app, it was very tasty but the small portion (3 split between 2 people) left me wanting more. Excellent experience all around. There for our 10th Anniversary. Toward the end of our meal, Joe Bartolotta started making his rounds and stopped to chat. He asked us what brought us there and I told him that it was our anniversary. A few minutes later the waitress brought out a complimentary dessert. Very nice when the owner of several of the best restaurants in the state engages you in conversation and then sends a dessert your way. Nice personal touch. We celebrated our Anniversary here, it was such a great evening. The food was just delicious, wines were wonderful after the waiters reccommendations, and we could not find a single fault. Will be returning for sure.
