Great atmosphere, the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful, and the food was delicious! At the end of he meal, our servers brought out a sorbet sampler with a candle in it in honor of my wife's birthday. A very thoughtful touch. We'll be back for sure!
When you head to a renowned restaurant it's tough to have your expectations met - Bacchus met all of ours in every conceivable way.
I choose Bacchus for a recent business dinner on the basis of location, variety of dining options and the exceptional wine list. The food quality and service expertise were not factors, because the Bartolotta restaurants get these two vital ingredients perfect every time! In a meal that stretched over three hours, my guests enjoyed the best of the Barolotta experience and left raving about the food, service and overall experience...what more could you ask from a business dinner?
Very relaxing and enjoyable. As always, we drifted off into a dream-like reverie as the evening progressed. Bacchus continues to be our restaurant of choice when we want the best Milwaukee has.
Wonderful food, elegant environment, terrific wait staff, outstanding and affordable wine list. This restaurant tops my list when we are looking for a night out.
All of the positive reviews, I would agree with. Enjoyed the spinach risotto fritters as recommended by another review. The staff, ambiance and food were fantastic. Definitely will be back for special occasions.
We enjoyed a delicious meal at Bacchus. From our small plate starters to salad, entree, and cheese we were pleased with every course of our meal. It was a nice touch that, though we did not order a dessert (too full!), we were brought a trio of sorbets with "Happy Anniversary" written on the plate.
Food, wine, service, atmosphere -- Bauchus consistently delivers a "this is such a great place" experience.
Bacchus staff went all out knowing it was my birthday. Card on the table, happy birthday from the wait staff, and a dessert plate of sorbets with Happy Birthday written in chocolate. I felt very special that night. Food was outstanding!
