Service was VERY slow. We had a group of eight, but not much of a crowd at the restaurant. The server seemed distracted and seemed that he always needed to be somewhere else. Not what I expect for a $1300.00 bill. Food was very good. The room was very cold, which was explained away by the fact that automatic controls were taking over. We had to ask several times before they would override the controls.
They really did an amazing job. Not only was the food outstanding but service was great. From the wine to dessert everything was so memorable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This restaurant is not inexpensive, but worth every dollar! Food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere Is "dining"
Solid Bartolotta establishment. Great food and wine and impeccable service and attention. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for a special occasion.
It is everything you want in a great restaurant- great food, great service, awesome location, terrific managers and service staff, and awesome bar scene
Bacchus has a great staff. Talk to your waiter(s) before you order food and wine.... especially about their excellent "small plates." This is the perfect place to take a special date. Don't cheat yourself out of a memorable dining experience by ordering just one thing.

Our special dinner could not have been better. It started with the Valet service in frigid weather, welcome from the coat check,and the desk were all appreciated. Our service from Susie and Jacqueline was on mark. Every detail was noted and taken care of from start to finish. My husband had the whitefish and I had the filet. Since I prefer my meat well done it was a challenge . It not only was done perfect but the most tender I have had in many restaurants.
