A very good experience and where we go for special occasions. Service was impeccable...friendly but unobtrusive and always aware of our table. Several nice birthday "treats". Food was wonderful and the kitchen put together a nice veggie dish for my wife. Well done!
I have yet to experience anything less than a perfect evening with a Bartolotta restaurant. I took my parents to Bacchus to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary and everything was just wonderful: the service team, the wine, the amazing seafood...all combined for an evening to remember.
Had a very good meal there. Service was exceptional and the food was excellent. The halibut was very fresh and well prepared.
Our waiter seemed to be still working his way into things, but it still was a most excellent dining experience. If you are really into wine, then you MUST come here. Quite a selection - I challenge you to make them climb up for your bottle!
From the lobby to the menu everything is top notch. All menu items are special both in favors and presentation. You will not find "pub" food and drinks here only food cooked and served with the greatest care.

I took my wife to Bacchus for her 30th Birthday. Being new to Milwaukee, we have not had many chances to go out and try new restaurants, but so far, Bacchus tops my list. We loved the small plates!! It gave us an opportunity to try so many lovely in season dishes. The service was great and our server was very helpful with organizing our small plates in to an order that made the meal flow perfectly. He also suggested a few dishes that we simply loved.
Remarkably good on every count - food, wine, service and ambience. Always a wonderful experience.
