Food here is something I'm never worried about. I know I'll get an amazing gastronomical experience and I did. I love that Mr. B walks around the tables and pay respects to his guests. I think it's very classy and helps me trust the overall quality of the restaurant. Bryan at the bar makes the best Cosmopolitan in Milwaukee, if not in the States.
We ate at Bacchus for a special occasion, a birthday celebration. The food, the ambiance and the service were outstanding. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the food. I highly recommend this restaurant anytime. Don't wait for a special occasion. Go and have a great dining experience.

Our dining experience was impeccable. We had drinks on the patio - dinner in the atrium - dessert and coffee back out on the patio. We were at the restaurant a 4 hour dining experience. The appetizers - salads - dinners - were a bouquet of flavors in your mouth. There is nothing like Bacchus. Everyone was attentive - friendly and accommodated every desire! Bravo!
Both of us thought the food was really good. The filet was excellent! The couple next to us received the Porterhouse for two and it looked really good. Recommended stop in Milwaukee.
The food was absolutely fantastic, as usual. Service was attentive, but unobtrusive. The small plate menu was a nice change from the usual. The filet mignon with the bourbon peppercorn sauce is a must-have if you've never tried it.
We had a wonderful time. The service was outstanding and absolutely everything we ordered tasted fantastic. Our waiters were very knowledgable about the wine selections and very attentive throughout our dining experience. The atmosphere was elegent and relaxed, not stuffy, and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be eating there again.
My husband had a Bartolotta chain birthday coupon, and we decided to go to Bacchus since we hadn't been there. We were highly impressed with the ambiance (great view) and even more impressed with the food. I ordered veal since I had never had veal that I liked and I figured that if anyone could manage it, a Bartolotta restaurant could. It was excellent. Food was outstanding, service was a little slow. But we always look forward to coming here for an outstanding experience. We drive all the way from Madison to enjoy Bacchus, it's a fabulous restaurant!!
