The website froze multiple times and I cannot complete my purchase. It took three attempts. The button wouldn’t work to go through PayPal. I had to use the credit card feature, but once I did, it worked great. It was very easy to use.

I was a bit put off by the look of the website, not sure I was online. It looked like a magazine ad. I was a bit confused as to whether or not I was on the website itself

The two seat cushions I purchased were hard and thin. I wouldn’t have purchased them if I knew they were like that. I had to spend $60.00 in shipping costs to send the cushions back. I will never purchase anything from Back Be Nimble again. I would never recommend Back Be Nimble to anyone either.

The issues I have had was that i scheduled a delivery date, but the delivery company did not leave a message at my office when they called, it was middle of day and i have 10 staff that can answer phones so no reason they couldn't get a hold of us and then they did try back and just didn't deliver on the one day i came to be there for it. Then when delivered, they came through our front door and busted a hole in our cove base and drywall which I need to have fixed/replaced now.
