I felt that the website is archaic and seems shady. Shipping for multiple items is ridiculous. Shipping 2 items in the same box that do not go over the weight should not be double. It was difficult to navigate and even change items. It took me more than 30 minutes to order when it should have taken seconds.

Very good service
The Back Be Nimble Support cushion was well-made, however, did not work for me. I have radiation burns & fistulas on my buttocks so the cushion was too hard for me, but I won't return it as my wife is going to use it - she has scoliosis.

This was my first purchase for my husband who has rods/braces in his spine, a permanent colostomy bag & 2 nephrostomy tubes/bags - has colorectal cancer so it was good to find a seat cushion that will address all of these issues.
