There's hardly any liquid in the foot soles. I've purchased these before in the past and they have double liquid.It seems like there's only half the liquid in them. They're basically useless.
The website was easy to navigate and the checkout experience was quite direct and effortless. No confusion or problems. Very well designed checkout procedure.

Too wordy print is way too small. Too much information.

Sorry that you had trouble reading the text as you found it to be too small. In the future, you can always increase the print size. On a windows platform simply use "Ctrl +"shortcut. Each time you do it the print will enlarge. On a cell phone you can always increase the size with your fingers. On an Apple computer simply use the "Command +" shortcut. The website froze multiple times and I cannot complete my purchase. It took three attempts. The button wouldn’t work to go through PayPal. I had to use the credit card feature, but once I did, it worked great. It was very easy to use.

Yeah, we have to agree. Unfortunately, the images provided from the manufacturer are 30 years old and they never updated them. Additionally, the Posture Pleaser support is no longer being manufactured. The manufacturing folks retired and the only ones left are the inventory we bought out from them upon their retirement. I was a bit put off by the look of the website, not sure I was online. It looked like a magazine ad. I was a bit confused as to whether or not I was on the website itself
