The two seat cushions I purchased were hard and thin. I wouldn’t have purchased them if I knew they were like that. I had to spend $60.00 in shipping costs to send the cushions back. I will never purchase anything from Back Be Nimble again. I would never recommend Back Be Nimble to anyone either.
The issues I have had was that i scheduled a delivery date, but the delivery company did not leave a message at my office when they called, it was middle of day and i have 10 staff that can answer phones so no reason they couldn't get a hold of us and then they did try back and just didn't deliver on the one day i came to be there for it. Then when delivered, they came through our front door and busted a hole in our cove base and drywall which I need to have fixed/replaced now. Text too small. Form often changed my selection

Sorry, you had trouble with text size. On a PC or laptop you can always click Ctrl and "+" sign at that same time to increase text size. If on a phone you can expand it with your fingers or turn it sideways(landscape view) to have large font. In Safari on a laptop or desktop you can hit: you can use the keyboard shortcut "Command-Option-Plus (+)". As far as the change of selection at checkout, were not sure how to explain that.
