I was searching for a particular product and this was the only site I could find them, so I was very pleased. The site was easy to navigate once I figured out the listing setup. Check out was easy. The one thing is the Quantity on the cart says "1" but I chose 2, I just went through the steps and did see the Quantity was "2" once I got to that screen prior to paying.

Before I ordered, I sent an email about concerns about shipping and package weight. The next morning I had a detailed response with some great alternative solutions. Customer service was above and beyond. The roller table I ordered did not have quite the intensity I had hoped for but the vibration helped to supplement. Still, my daughter and neighbor took a spin on it and have threatened to be regular visitors now. I think I will grow to love it more with time but it's only been a day since arrival.

The website had many FAQs but I still had questions and sent an email on a Sunday night. By morning, Brad had responded with some detailed answers and well-thought out solutions for the problems I was encountering. I can't remember the last time (if ever) that I received this kind of quick and competent assistance. It made me believe that this company really CARES about their customers.
