Holy goodness this is the best bail bonds place! They answer the phone! They will do what it takes to work with you to get you out! I mean they will REALLY WORK HARD to come up with some type of payment plan situation or compromise to get you or your loved one out! Jackie Ortiz who works there is the Best. She went out of her way to help me even though it took almost an hour, had to join call my mom and it was a difficult process. They will take collect calls! They are VERY Honest. These guys are great!!! I've had a hard time bailing out my boyfriend bc of the charge, not having enough, cosigner's, etc. But Ramiro and his wonderful staff welcomed me in and took care of me in less then an hour!! We use the office across from 77th street station (police DEPT). This office is so very helpful and go that extra mile during the most distressful time in your life. Angelica and Kelly went that extra mile in getting my paper work together promptly and helped us do everything over the phone and email. They had a representative from the nearest office meet me at the jail where my loved one was locked up and completed the process quickly and reunited me and my loved on with 15 minutes of my arrival to the jail.
