absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with the bail bonds company. There's no consistency in service. No one knows what the next agent has done after paying them. My girlfriend was still in jail for an additional 48 hours almost lost in the system. When following up for assistance, I was told that the bigger cases going on, asked why I was billing her out if she was going to court the next day, and have my concern dismissed by every single agent. This is by far the worst bail bonds service to ever have to encounter they have a I have the power over you type of attitude towards anyone they bail out they speak to you in the worst way possible. I was bailed out through this company I went straight from jail to the hospital where I was admitted so I had to check in by phone from that point on this process was nothing but hell every person excluding maybe one or two where rude unhelpful, disrespectful, and overall unprofessional. Bail hotline is the biggest bunch of assholes,that lie and are very untrustworthy,they have zero P/R ,I will never use them again ,I'm not just hateing on them ,they left me waiting in la until 6am ,and lied on a few different things, and not once did they call me to up date me

This company is a scam. They lie to you at every step of the way. Sent them the money at 7pm. They said they'd have my friend released that night. Did absolutely nothing after I paid them. They hadn't posted the bond at 9am the next day so I requested a refund from them, filled out the form for it, and then 6 hours later they tell me they posted the bond already so they can't give me a refund. Avoid at all costs. Worst of the worst. Liars, cheats, scumbags.

I was very unsatisfied with their services. They are very unorganized and rude. I bailed my husband out and was told that all of the paperwork and signatures required from the co-signers was complete and to bring the down payment so they can post his bail. At first, I had an amazing experience with Ramiro. He was knowledgeable, straight forward and, respectful of my time. He was unavailable today when my brother went in to sign the papers required by them. A little while ago we were assisted by a female with a horrible attitude. As if her attitude wasn't bad enough for us to deal with, she asked for assistance from the female in the attached picture. Hello, I'm posting this message for anyone that's looking to utilize Hotline Bail Bonds, to bail someone out. Buyer beware don't sign anything with them, I paided their company $5,000. I used this company who at first seemed legit. They are liars, and con artist. They scamed me for thousands of dollars that I took a loss in. I want to let ppl know who is reading this. I would not recommend this BS "hole in the wall" POS company to bail anyone out. The manager is a POS money hungry scammer. Money don't grow On trees. The 5 star reviews on Google are bought. Prior to posting bail, they were persistent with phone calls, but once I paid my money and signed my paperwork, I received no phone call or email verifying that bond was posted. When I called to ask what was going on with the bond (7 hours later), the woman who answered the phone was rude, she was cutting me off and telling me that she couldn't help me or answer when I should head down to pick up my family member.
