Terrible service, uninformed employees, you get patched into other locations in the country and are talking to New York or New Jersey any time you call them. I have had at least a dozen calls to remind me my daughter needs to check in within 24 hrs. after release, and now that she has, I am getting texts from a personal cell number for me to call them and give them all my personal info AGAIN! I asked for a supervisor and was told he went home at 5 p.m., so I told the dummy that was trying to get my info to have a supervisor ... read more

I would give this place a zero star if I had the option to, but I can't so one star will do. Perla was very rude, seemed very judgemental, and didn't seem to know what she was doing!! You're better off going to Aladdin bail bonds next door if she's there!!!
