These guy are great in and out easy to use John and Richard are amazing they actually care about you and you well-being. Going to jail was the worst thing that ever happened to me and they made it easy for me to get out and see my family. Hell they are like family to me I highly recommended their service and will continue to refer customers to them.

First time I heard of bail hotline was when my best friend called and asked me to go down there to co sign for him to get out of jail. First of all, they bail people for 1% down! That is very cheap. And just like they advertise they will work with you on payments and they are very fair about it. Even on the monthly payments they are reasonable and if one month you need a couple extra days to pay and you contact them before your monthly payment is due, they have always been able to work something out so no payments are misse... read more

This place suck ass. They don't know how to communicate with people they don't keep you updated on what's going on with your loved ones when it comes to them getting bailed out and it's like every time you call it's like it's a long wait and half of the time they act like you're bothering them when you're calling and trying to get an update on what's going on?
Most of the people here are very considerate, respectful and understanding. Sometimes life happens, and one is late. I didnt get the "Supervisors" name, but to think that such good people are under his leadership is insane. I returned a call to explain that I would be late, being that I just picked up a lot of work... his words were "thats not how this works, fullfil your obligation" and other crap. I wouldn't recommend this company. I would definitely check with other companies before using them. My experience wasn't easy, and the communication through the process and service was mediocre at best!! Not sure if this is a franchise because this was my experience wor with their San Diego location. Definitely won't recommend them to anyone.
