You folks are the best.
I am not a complete idiot when it comes to cars and engines and such. But I was confident that my Suzuki should not sound like someone tied a sock full of marbles to the under carriage. Every time we stopped, the rattling got louder. After a couple of days with you guys, she sounds better than when she was new. Well done. I appreciate the constant updates, the staff friendliness, and the place looks great.
I've used Bassitt a few times & they provide consistently good service. Had a problem recently that a nearby Ford dealership could not fix (of course, they charged for their attempts). I went a couple rounds with the dealership's service dept in order to get them to do some tests to try to identify the issue - they simply were not interested. I finally gave up. Took the car to Bassitt - the tech listened to my explanation of the problem, diagnosed it quickly & fixed it.
The service was fast and the personnel friendly. What else could you ask for?

I have been going to Bassitt Auto Co. for almost 10 years and they have always been honest, direct, and helpful. I have never had a complaint about their service, their attitude, their efficiency, or their expertise. I have had major repairs completed and their pricing is fair and I never had to bring the vehicle back following a repair because they always did it right the first time. I have recommended Bassitt to several people who have all expressed how impressed they were with the work and the atmosphere.
I stopped in to get a head light fixed, late in the afternoon, which I thought would be a quick in and out situation, but the particular head light was situated behind a panel that was going to take a little more work they were able to fit me in and get it done and on my way without having to make an appointment. I really appreciated it!
I have been taking my Mazda to Bassitt Auto for 2.5 years now and my most recent experience was just as spectacular as all the rest have been. My car was serviced quickly and properly. The technician contacted me when the work was finished and was wonderfully patient through all of my questions. Finally, the 'front office' ladies were magnificent. Job well done! Thank you!
It's been 4 weeks since I had my truck serviced and it seems to run better every day. Thanks Bassitt and Perry for bringing my truck back to life.
