these people are great, they might not be the cheapest but the customer care that they give and the repair service the give is beyond anything ive ever seen with any company... If you have car trouble id recomend them anytime.

The folks at Bassitt Auto are consummate professionals, dedicated in all ways to making sure that your vehicle is taken care of accurately, efficiently, quickly, and at a very fair price. Bassitt Auto Co. fixed a problem that I was having with my Catalytic Converter that several other mechanics could not. They stand behind their work and I really appreciate it. They also explained in detail what they did to test my vehicle instead of just throwing a dollar amount at me for the repair. I could tell that the diagnostic that they did was thorough and accurate.

I brought in a unique problem. Sometime it's hard to get attention and focus - with Bassitt I received just that. Very happy. Everything works, now. General cost (since it was unknown how long it would take to solve) was agree on up front.
I recently brought my 99 civic in for it's 100K mile tuneup and have a few other issues taken care of. Once they looked at the car they called me with an estimate. They checked out the issues I had mentioned and recommended fixing some of them and others they said were fine. They took care of all the issues and my car feels better than new. Awesome job! Highly recommended!!!
Your service was again excellent as you checked out my van for road worthiness for a long trip. The issues found and solutions offered were clear and I was given a choice of what to fixed based on the likelihood of these issues, large and small, to cause a problem.
I was very impressed with the courteous staff and level of service I received. I took my car in for a 40,000 mile tune up and also needed my brakes checked. They called me before beginning the inspection/repairs to inform me of the cost, which I appreciated. The reception area is decorated as a 1950's diner - complete with a jukebox! So cute! I also loved that I had the use of a loaner car while my car was being worked on. Great staff - friendly and professional. I'll be back!
