Before finding Bassitt Auto, I had my car serviced by other shops recommended by friends. I never got the same service my friends seemed to get. One dealer kept my car 3 days for an oil change as they kept forgetting to pickup the filter. Bassitt has been so great to me. They tell me what needs to be fixed now and what can wait, they explain things so I can understand them, and their service is outstanding. My faith in auto shops has been restored with Bassitt.

We found your estimate of repairs extremely expensive. You also listed issues that we did indicate that needed repair. We received an estimate else were for more than $5,000 less. Your staff was friendly when we dropped the truck off and when we picked it up.

Oil change Set up an "appointment" by driving in and asking. Mechanic was at lunch so I got lunch myself, came back, and it was started when I arrived and done in 20 or 30 minutes.

They don't install owner provided parts . . . even though the "part" was external roof molding. I would think not too hard to install. The molding was for a 2008 Scion xD, the molding was purchased at Beaverton Toyota and the car is well out of factory warranty. I called to have them put it on (or in the roof top grooves) and was told that they do not install owner provided parts. I guess I will have to have Beaverton Toyota do it or try myself.

I have two Dodge Sprinter vans serviced by Bassitt and noticed I was charged differently for the same service to each. I asked why the difference and was told it was a coding error in the computer system and received an immediate refund for the difference. The work was performed well and on time.

When I was going over the quote for my car I made it very clear that since I had just purchased the car I wanted to see the brake pads that came out of it. I was reassured that would be the case "we will save them for you.." After paying for the job, come to find out that those brake pads found their way into the garbage and were unrecoverable. So as it stands, I did not get the job done that I asked for.. Now, if this were a discrepancy regarding money it would be a lot easier to fix, but since your business can't keep its ... read more

When I've gone to other fast lube places they always push to sell me more stuff. Your guys didn't do that.They suggested 1 flush which I decline and he said he would put it on my report, but it's not there.

I took my truck in for 120K service. I was told it would be completed on that same day, which was critical for me. I called them around 4:45 asking when I could pick it up, only to be told it wouldn't be ready until the next day. Nobody called to inform me of that, and it ended up being a major inconvenience for me. C'mon Bassitt, I know you're better than that!

I spoke with Mr. Brawley about the issue at hand to understand why he was unhappy. In review, we had made an error in communication that inconvenienced him greatly. Although we strive for the best service possible, we do make errors from time to time. I'm very grateful that Mr. Brawley took his time to discuss this matter with me. It allows us to review ourselves, and improve our service.

I called on a Monday morning to get an appointment. They said I could bring the car in, but they couldn't guarantee that they could look at it until Tuesday. By 3pm on Monday I was driving my car away with the service done and was not inconvenienced at all!
