I contacted the bank to stop payments from being withdrawn on a vehicle I had recently traded in. Mekeila promptly sent me the form to sign for authorization to do so. She stated she would follow up to verify when that was complete. We were heading into Mardi Gras weekend with Presidents’ Day coming as well. Even with all those days of the bank being closed as soon as BR Telco was open again she reached out to let me know that the payments had been stopped.
