Was able to get me exactly what I needed.
The representative was very knowledgeable as well very polite and patient.
Rochelle was awesome, I was in a panic about my grandbaby being able to make a purchase using my card on Roblox, so I thought I needed to get Telco to block it. But she helped me use my brain by telling me something I never thought of, which was Roblox is Google so my card is listed on Google somewhere. I appreciate that so much! I found it but still can't remove it because I have a subscription on Google, so I'm working on that, but at least I now know Where to go. Thx again Rochelle for being an amazing agent for Telco.
