Adrian was very professional, courteous, and helpful.
I am having an issue with bill pay which is a third party for telco. Adriane worked with me for an hour or so. I learned allot about bill pay-third party. Issue was not fully resolved.. but Adriane is continuing to look into the issue. Due to bill pay third party will not talk to members. She went over and beyond and was very patience with me.
