Kerra, was very willing to help me, very informative, super nice and kind. If i need any help with financing or any application, she goes the extra mile to see all possibilities, very helpful! She returns calls within a timely manner.
Kerra was absolutely fantastic. I called and sat on hold for a while, then decided to try the “chat” feature and that worked fine until the “connection was lost”. I was frustrated and called back and was connected to Kerra. She was able to quickly answer all of my questions. It’s so refreshing to see that customer service is not dead.
