Kerra was great assisting me with all my venmo questions. She quick to respond and courteous throughout the entire interaction. Thank you Kerra for making our interaction a pleasant one. I find that when communicating with other credit unions in the area, it can seem scripted or repetitive. Kerra made it seem like she genuinely cared about assisting me, which put me at ease.
