I have a service contract for my Air Conditioner. It was serviced today by Josh Newman. He was terrific!! He took his time checking everything from A to Z. He cleaned my drain line, checked my condenser and air handler taking care to cover all bases. He is courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks for sending Josh.

Made an emergency call to Bayonet Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning after attempting to change out the valves under a bathroom vanity when the pipe in the wall broke off. The call center staff was friendly and professional, quickly assessed the problem and set up an appointment that night. Their awesome technician, Jared Bytatus, came by at 8:30 pm to do the repair and did a terrific job! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and finished up in a few hours. Bayonet was the company that installed all of the heating/AC in our new development. The first call I made was 2 months after moving into the house and the AC went out. The technician came, and he was a kind man and found the issue and fixed it. A loose wire on the outside unit kept tripping the system! A LOOSE WIRE on a 2 month old system that was suppose to be signed off as in good working order by the contractor overseeing the build.....!!!
