So you are looking for an in depth honest review? Here ya go. Ill start with the good. The food is great on average but the consistency suffers a little. Some cooks are absolutely amazing, (The black guy with the French name that starts with an F is awesome! Sorry cant remember how to spell). The contactors are awesome and most of the staff is very friendly and filled with great people. I don't want to discount any of the pros due to bad leadership and poor communication that plagues the place. The rooms are ok and you wil... read more

I found myself in recovery after some devastating life events and Bayside helped me to get up, dust myself off, and start working towards solutions. I still keep in touch with several of the people I was in with and am active in my recovery community where I run into Bayside Alum all over. I can say without a doubt that the staff is on fire, the facilities are 5-star, the food is awesome, and the experience is amazing. If you want a safe, serene, beautiful place to "go through it" - Bayside is at the top of the list.

I was at Bayside early this year. It's taken me a while to write a review but happy to say I'm still sober! I was just reading some of these reviews and want to respond to a couple people who left negative reviews. What I saw was an extremely compassionate team including Dr Arno, who kept the community safe. If someone was asked to leave it was because they were a negative influence on the community. The therapists, nurses and milieu staff were amazing. Dr Arno was caring and very compassionate and made sure the clients ... read more

I had an awesome experience at Bayside, and loved their approach to recovery. I never thought of myself as having the ability to be a more spiritual person, but they really helped me tap into myself. With so many things to do, and try, I was inspired to set up a recovery based room. I do music/art therapy, bought an Africa drum (helps with my PTSD), started doing pilates & Qi Gong, invested in a weeping warrior, a workout bike, and much more!!! This place really gave me the tools/self knowledge to better understand my addic... read more

I traveled this summer to Bayside from North Carolina. It was recommended by two people and I can honestly say that I would recommend this haven to my friends and family should they need treatment. From the therapists, nursing staff, counselors, chefs, after care... top notch. I was cared for, treated and am home feeling better than I've felt in my entire life. I feel in debt to Bayside and it's amazing staff.

I do not really know how to put this into words except to say that Bayside changed/saved my life! The staff, the program, the setting, the food, my co-residents, the accommodations, etc. etc. etc. were above and beyond anything I expected when making my decision to go into a residential facility. I feel that I came out with a HUGE tool box full of things that I will carry with me for the rest of my life and USE every single day! If anyone is considering the same, look no further than right here in our own back yard.......... read more

Absolutely amazing staff and program curriculum. For those that are ready, or even close to ready, do yourself a favor and check-in.

My time spent at Bayside Marin has been life changing. Difficult to adequately express my gratitude in a Yelp review. I participated in their Intensive Outpatient Program. Bayside Marin has given me the tools for sucessful recovery. The team is top notch - highly educated in the evolving field of recovery and it shows. This is not a rip off rehab. The treatment is smart and individualized. They also offer a free alumni meeting one evening a week, which I attend often. It's a great aftercare resource. If you're struggling wit... read more

This place really helped me turn my life around. I checked into their residential treatment program strung out on opiates, crystal meth and anything else I could get my hands on. I had tried rehab 6 months previous at Sierra Tucson in Arizona; that place cost at least $6000 more per month but was not nearly as nice. Anyways, the facility itself is in a wonderful and serene location. Beautiful landscaping, fountains, and a view overlooking the bay and the bridges in it. There is a constant rotation of quality food that is... read more
