Pros: Bayview Animal Clinic is clean and smells less like a vet than many other clinics in South Florida, also their customer facing staff and veterinarian assistants are pleasant to work with. You’ll get the impression they genuinely care about each pet brought to their facility. Cons: I’m sure our experience isn’t applicable to all vet staff, but the two who saw our pet were fast talking and seemingly money motivated - possibly incentivized by a commission structure. First time clients, staff was very friendly. Issues that's we have are for the months of February and March our English Bulldog was given expired Heartgard medicine. We notified office staff on 3/14/2017. We asked to speak to the office manager and as of today's date we have not heard from them. We've sent countless emails to adress the situation. Now the staff did replace her meds but the fact that no member or management has call us to even ask if our puppy is ok or to even apologize. We are not a rich family. Our kids sav... read more
I hope no one goes through what I just did. I have been a client for over 13 years at Bayview and the front desk kept me on permanent hold to tell me my sick animal couldn't be seen. My ten year old dog has been going there since he was a puppy. I am a physician in the community and if they treat my animal this way, good luck to anyone that goes there. A terrible way to find out that they never cared about your long term relationship or your pets. Go elsewhere, I have paid every bill at every visit and to be treated this way... read more
