Used to be so good in the old days when you got real authentic patient care. Now all they want to do is rip you off. Their fees are so high it's ridiculous. Unless you look at what you are ripping your regular clients off for I'm going somewhere else. Been going there for 18 years. Both times i have brought my new kitten to this vet there were issues. Our first visit i was told my appointment was at 9:00. I get there and they tell me it was at 8:45 but I have written confirmation showing my time was correct. They take my baby anyways though. Vet does the check up, calls me, and tells me my kitten will be out in 5 minutes. Sad to say, they have NOT repaired any / all problems. Even now, during Covid, they were not able to find my dogs file. Same things, the staff seem to care, but the Corporate Mentality gets in their way....

They used to be a good place to take your pet. Now they are the worst place to go to. They are impossible to reach by phone and if you do get through to a person you are immediately put on hold. I stopped using them almost a year ago and today I got a bill for $114 with no explanation. When I called no one knew anything about it or could tell me what it was for. I was told that the "hospital manager" would have to contact me and that they wouldn't be in for another week. Do yourself a favor and find another vet.

The turnover in this clinic has resulted in a massive downturn in quality of care, service and attention to detail. I have been taking my dog to this clinic for some time, for basic check ups. Nothing major. Recently, I had to experience the clinic, for the first time with my dog, dealing with a more serious health problem. I have been a Client with Bayveiw for over 12 Years. Dr. Nelson, Dr. Smith & Dr. Brunz built Bayview with genuine kindness & for the love of animals. We have always had 7 animals in our household. Alas Bayview has joined the world of Corporate - run as many tests as possible to jack the bill up. No longer do we have the competence and genuine caring of Dr. Rudd Nelson and his staff. Too many incompetent changes and the only recourse is for Dr. Nelson to return to the helm. Truly disappointed and I called NVA to tell them about my discord. You know I have been a customer at Bayview for many years and had 3 dogs. Now I am left with one 19 year old one. I loved Dr. Nelson and felt terrible when he left but because my little one is so old I hate to change. You can never see the same Vet twice. The employees always did have a big turn over but now they are always new. The nicest and most caring was Aaron and now they let her go.
