NVA needs to seriously look into how one of their Veterinary Hospitals, Bayview Animal Hospital is being run, the manager of this place should never be allowed to interact with pets and their owners. I have been going to this place for over 20 years and I will never recommend anyone to use this facility. I truly hope that NVA does the right thing.
I arranged a second appointment for my pup for her last round of shots. I explained I just needed the shots, no fecal, etc. I was told I would not be paying a visit fee since she's been seen just two weeks before, and explained that I did not need anything additional. They stated they would be sending me a bid, I did not receive one but via my first visit with them I could not imagine anything shady occurring. I have been going to Bayview for the last 8 1/2 years. I loved my vet Dr Rudd Nelson and I recommended many people over the years but since the practice was sold a few years ago it has continued to go downhill. The vets have had 100% turnover several times and it is like being in a factory no real interaction with the vets. They start by taking you into a room to speak to a technician and some have been ok, but some have no idea what they are doing. NEVER GOING BACK My dog has been going to Bayview for the last few years however after my last visit, I will never go back. To sum it up, I was told to needlessly euthanize my dog because he was on death's door and after a month of treatment from another vet my dog is living and doing well. This place is a zero. They set my dog cast wrong now says my dog needs surgery . It's an older dog and might not survive. They set the on my dog wrong and it's been 4 weeks. I went there several times for them to check to her leg. Charged me 3k over the bill said there was unexpected charges. Never notified me. To go in 4 weeks later and say it's set wrong. these reviews are out dated. none of the vets mention are at Bayview anymore. It was sold a few years ago, none of the original vets are there. YELP update your reviews.......
Since this place was bought by corporate, everything about this place has taken a nose dive. In the time we were bringing our pet there (2014-2018), things were great. But one by one, the best vets left that practice. I have been out on hold for over 30 minutes. They answer the phone: "Please hold!" If any business is that busy, management needs to hire more people or train those that are employed that their cellphones are not to be used or seen when on the clock.

I'm not one to rate anything i mean i am 17.But I had two kitties one perfectly healthy and the other one was i'll and it was extremely obvious. You could see his bones popping out and he couldn't even stand and he also wasn't eating at all. So I bought him in to see what was going on and their immediate response was he was perfectly fine and healthy. That same night he died on me in my sleep and i'm pretty sure he had IMHA. When I started off going to Bayview I loved it. I didn't have any issues and continued going for the past 2+ years for my dog. It hasn't been until the past 3-4 visits that I noticed things going extremely downhill. My past couple of visits, (The visits that made me say I'll never be coming back) one of the techs, busted open a door while I was in there having a private discussion about my dog (who is very reactive by the way) to put her two cents into the conversation about his grooming.
