From start to finish, my visit to Bayview Animal Clinic was by far, the most sub par vet experience I have ever had. Super small, hectic lobby & patient area with no way to divide coming & going dogs. The whole place was disoragized, unkept, and crowded. The patient room we were in was small with no place to sit or work in. Not until Dr. Smith walked into the room, did anybody else ever introduce themselves. Recommended to me by my landlord. Great call. My dog is treated well, however the place is small and very hectic. This I would HIGHLY suggest, they need some kind of follow up system for vaccinations and such. If they do I was never told about it. I brought my dog in and thought he needed annual check up and vaccinations to find I was early. Took my cat here on a Saturday because she was throwing up and not feeling well. My usual vet Dr. Smith went out of town so the owner Dr. Nelson kept her for 72 hours. I would call for updates and she was either not eating and still sickly or eating and feeling better (get your story straight). I called on Monday and they told me she was better and to pick her up. When I got there they handed me an 800.00 bill and my cat in her carrier. When I got her home I was shocked to see how ill my cat was, she was actually worse then ... read more
