Such a HORRIBLE place, the staff is so rude! There was such little amount of people that were actually respectful here( so I apologize to those) but AlMOST ALL of the people were so rude, disrespectful and had very little common sense. I don't know how this place is still running. Seeing how rude and disrespectful these people were just comes to show how the elderly patients here must be treated and I wouldn't be surprised if soon there is a lawsuit against them! If you love your family members DO NOT leave them there.

They completely abuses and disregarded their responsibility as medical professionals, and if it were up to me they would be shut down. I hope that no family ever has to experience what mine did as a result of this disgrace of a "medical rehabilitation" center.

I arrived to find my father missing. Apparently they had called 911 to send him back to the hospital less than 48 hours after his arrival, but forgot to call us. Need I say more?

If you care about your loved one - run from this place. My mother was sent here by Kaiser after a massive stroke. We were told she had 100 days for rehab - Beachwood put her on the "short-term" floor because they said she'd be there 10 days tops. After 7 days she was discharged. I never received a call about her care (the person was on vacation); the first call was to discuss how we wanted to get her home. Run, dont walk away. I authorized transferring my grandmother to this facility because it seemed to be the better of the two choices Kaiser West LA contracts with. My grandmother was admitted here twice within one month. The first stay was tolerable although her nurse never seemed to be able to answer any of my questions without me having to probe. If you love the person sent to Beachwood- don't let them go! The good news: good doctor and rehab staff. The bad news: Incompetent nursing staff and support! Put simply - the staff doesn't care and is overwhelmed with the work load. There is little continuity between shifts and they don't know how to care for your loved one. One day, met nurses who didn't know anything about the patient's care - just thrown in there as temps with no training, no briefing on patient status. I am in process of removing my father-in-law from this place. The CNAs are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. THe receptionist was texting the whole 10 minutes it took for her computer to load just to tell us what room he was in. Then did not question who we were or ask for ID. Apparently, as long as you know a patients name, you can just go in. If you love your loved ones or yourself, you'll stay far away from this place. Facility is OK, but staff leaves you unattended for multiple hours at a time. If a patient cannot speak for themselves no one will come around to check on them. Seen it first hand. Word of advice : if you can't handle that many patients, don't take them in just to make money. This place should be shutdown.

This facility is the worst of all nursing/rehab/post-acute centers you can find in entire Los Angeles. Since its management changed few months ago, it has gone from bad to worse. Don't look at the outside of the building with its modern look; still inside is the old rusty, filthy place it was before. They have the Worst customer service ever, they don't care about your loved ones at all, you can never get a hold of the Doctors if you need them.
