Hello my name iz Clifton and I cannot be madd at this place I stayed at beachwood from Jan 16th to july 14th of this year and I can say this it really healed my body up I came in with multiple wounds and left with only a few waz able to get discharged and go home with my family I really appreciate beachwood for allowing me to come and stay the six's months I waz there thank you beachwood keep up the good work

Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My family and I suffered a great loss and everything your staff and doctors did made my grandma's care carrying, loving and humane. From the doctors, the nurses, the CNA's to the administrative staff and social workers. Thank you. The facility is clean, well cared for and constantly updating. This review is so overdue! I wanted to thank Beachwood so much for everything they have done for my family. A special thank you to Anton who has made everything possible for us! I moved from SF to LA recently and needed to find a nice, long-term rehab to transfer my grandma. After some extensive research online, I contacted Beachwood and was given Anton's number. Horrible! They are understaffed and I did not get any quality care there are the food was horrible and the CNA's had terrible attitudes

This is by far the worst palce you can send your loved one to receive physical therapy. Theres a doctor there by the name of Dr. Li the worst female doctor to speak too has no people skills the rudest ,does not know what she's doing, won't let you explain what your loved one medical history is. iI think she's waiting for a lawsuit which will be coming from us real soon. Had to speak to a case manager atleast he knows what he's doing there. Dont bring your loved one here unless you want them to die here.

1 star for the office staff who seem well meaning, but if you care about your loved one don't send them here, because it's dangerous. My father had a fall not even 48 hours after he was admitted. They said it was around 4-5 am and did not call me until after 11am. It is good that they sent him to the hospital for an evaluation but I supposed to meet with his care team and they called me right before to postpone because they had conflicts. Totally unaware of the incident. I do t wish this on anyone.

My father was sent to Beachwood Post Acute December, 2024 to regain his strength and walk again after months in the hospital. Instead, neglect there caused a severe fall on **Jan 10, 2025**, fracturing his hip. He had hip surgery the same day and returned to Beachwood. From then on, his care was appalling. Despite being told he had a PleurX catheter, staff failed to drain him regularly, and when they did, amounts weren't documented. Horrible. Nurses hated helping and would tell you it's not their job. Patients crying, screaming for help. Left in their feces, hungry and ignored. I read all their reviews 95% negative. God eliminate those people who should not be working in these places because they don't care about senior citizens. God protect the sick. The shut in ad the helpless. God bless them with quality care and loving providers, Amen. If nor dear God please close up the place. Close the doors
