This place is absolutely HORRIFIC. Let me start by saying sending your loved ones here is basically sending them to die. Literally where do I start. My dad is currently in this place. He went for some rehab as he hasn't walked in years. He had some wounds on him upon entry but since his arrival to Beachwood they have only worsened the crazy part is this place is supposed to be "Known" for their wound care what a JOKE! They killed my granddad. He had over 5 bed sores with 2 being on his private area. Bumps and bruising on his arms . I can't believe this people . Just remember one day you will get old and I pray god don't have mercy on your souls

I received a reply from the "Owner" after my last review with an insincere apology that is apparently sold as a package to businesses as the wording to a previous review I saw for several other sites. How can you believe in a business when the principals will not put their names on their responses?. The Administration staff at Beachwood (aka Cantaloupe Holdings, LLC) have worked very hard to keep names a secret. The Administrator; Anton Novitsky is impossible to reach by telephone. please call the state its short staff mainly on nightshift and each cna gets 18 patients a piece that is ridiculous

DO NOT GO HERE. I do not know how this facility is permitted to operate. First of all, it's filthy! There were dirty rags on the table next to my mother's bed, peeling paint and the entire place stank of infection and human waste. I was afraid to touch anything. The bathroom faucet did not work and there was something growing on the walls. When I tried to find someone to help my mom to the bathroom, I could not find anyone. If I could give fewer stars I would. Run don't walk away from here. After 3 days trying to get my fiancé in to the facility - dealing with the hospital which was useless, the insurance and the facility I finally got everything in place and just needed final ok from beachwood and a bed. We hit the wknd and at 2pm Sat called the woman who was supposed to take over from the very nice woman I had dealt with the night before. my mother was sent to this place for agressive rehabilitation after surgery. she began to get sick from the food immediately with nausea and vomiting. her treating doctor from kaiser didnt run any test but was giving her medicine for nausea which persisted. physical therapy was able to work with my mom for maybe 15 minutes at the most on some days because she was just too weak. my mom was in there for only 12 days until the doctor, physical therapist, and the advocate deemed my mom okay to go home. which i begged to differ... read more

Not good but to be honest most are bad. Based on my research and experience this place is just not good. Employees such as CNAs are overworked and have a caseload that they can't handle. The administrative staff pretend to be attentive and helpful but they don't return emails or respond adequately to calls and inquiries. They smile in your face while you there but do nothing that they say they will do once you leave. this place is BEACH and WOOD for staff.very relaxed staff. i took my family member for physical therap if I dont show my face no therapy is done.supposed to be 2 hours only 30 min.you get a nice tour from 3rd floor but that is for long standing patients. YOU HAVE TO GO THERE DAILY.and ask them to change and make sure patient is eating.they put food on tray with wraps on water and liquids and they leave the room.so far I SEEN ONE patient rushed to emergency because the staff was LAZY to put belt around him on wheelchair.head... read more
